About

I’m Brittney Adams, and Stronger With Time is where I keep notes on getting stronger over the long run.

I’m not selling a transformation. I started lifting seriously in my late twenties, mostly because I was tired of programs that promised eight weeks to a new body and delivered a sore back. What kept me around was the slower story: the way a lift you couldn’t touch in January becomes routine by summer, the way mobility you thought was gone comes back if you’re patient with it. Strength, it turns out, is mostly a compounding-interest problem.

So I read the training literature the way some people read cookbooks, and I write it down in plain language here. Progressive overload, fatigue management, the actual dose-response of the things people argue about online. When the evidence is strong, I’ll tell you. When it’s thin or contested, I’ll tell you that too, because pretending otherwise is how bad advice spreads.

Everything here is written by a real person who lifts, coaches a few friends, and keeps training logs going back years. No ghost-written filler, no bro-science, no supplement pitches dressed up as articles.
